Personal data includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.                I process your personal data in the following situations:

• Contact via contact form:

I process your name, email address, phone number, company name, position, and message content to respond to your inquiry. This data is not used for marketing purposes and is deleted after your request is resolved.

• Service orders:

I process your name, surname, address, email address, phone number, company name, position, payment details and other necessary information to fulfill your service order properly.
Your data is also processed for accounting and legal compliance purposes (e.g. tax documents). This data is kept for the period required by law (5 years for non-VAT payers, 10 years for VAT payers).
After a purchase, I may send you marketing emails to your address. This is based on legitimate interest. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link provided in the email.

• Customer account registration:

I process your name, surname, email address, phone number, company name, position, and address for maintaining your customer account. This data is used to simplify future orders. If no order is placed, your data will not be used for marketing purposes.

Your personal data is protected and only shared with third parties involved in processing your orders or maintaining my online store. These include:

  • Payment gateway providers
